Café del Mar, nestled in Caló Des Moro Bay, Sant Antoni de Portmany, was born out of an imaginative and prescient vision shared by Carlos Andrea, José Les, and Ramón Guiral, delivered to existence by the renowned architect Lluis Güell. On that ancient day of 20th June 1980, a real legend emerged, giving rise to an emblem that could come to embody the essence of Eivissa. From its inception, Café del Mar set the degree for a new manner of life and a musical revolution, curating a remarkable blend of kick-back-out, living room, ambient, chill residence, and Balearic beats through live DJ classes and file releases.
